No, the sound doesn't come back. The visualization doesn't work by not
showing anything on the screen. I would call that a crash. If I define
"freeze" as "the screen is blank" then yes, it freezes. Yes, I get a
blank display.

Yes, I have been able to reproduce this bug. If I go to Rhythmbox and
play an internet radio station, my sound cuts out and my visualization
does not work.
