Looks like I was wrong, ALT+key usually activates underlined buttons, not
CTRL+key. And alt-o works as expected in gnome-screenshot
However, ctrl-c also activates the "Copy to Clipboard" button, in addition to
alt-o. I find this confusing, since ctrl-c is also u

The behavior in natty hasn't changed, but I'm not 100% sure it can be
considered a bug. My last comment explained the problem. In short:
ctrl-c in that windows activates the "Copy to Clipboard" button -- this
is neither documented nor expected (when the focus is in the text box, I
expect it
