Public bug reported: Binary package hint: seahorse
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Package: seahorse 2.30.0-0ubuntu2 This happens only if I use "Not ask password on login" feature in "User settings". Ubuntu fails to save my password (e.g. for Wi-Fi). When I run "Password and encryption keys" I see following notice in status bar: "Couldn't communicate with key ring daemon". Attempt to create new password keyring fails with following error message: "Couldn't add keyring Error communicating with gnome-keyring-daemon" If I don't use "Not ask password on login" feature in "User settings" everything is fine. ** Affects: seahorse (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: keyring password -- Password and encryption keys fails to communicate with key ring daemon https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/583475 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to seahorse in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
