I am unable to open new bug report with: ubuntu-bug linux, Another bug
is preventing me from doing so.
I receive an error after the "collecting information" window closes indicating:
The problem cannot be reported: This is not a genuine Ubuntu package
Not certain why this error, my

issues are caused by the kernel.
