I agree. Even GnomeBaker can handle 24-bit flacs (and other 24-bit
files, I think).

Brasero doesn't seem to support 24-
I would say this problem has an importance higher than «low», doesn't it?
I mean, the program is not working without any hint as to what has gone wrong
or offering the user any solution. And 24-bit files are not that uncommon.
