I have the same bug too. I have 10.10 (release).
Hibernation and suspend disappeared after installing laptop-mode tools. Before
this was installed samsung-tools. To return back this options, i install
samsung-tools back, removing the laptop-mode and reinstalling
Gnome-rotated-manager. Now all i
