Binary package hint: gnome-panel

The clock applet in the panel shows the same time for a while, until I
actually move the panel. Once I move the panel, the clock is finally
refreshed, giving the impression of a time jump..

So I can't trust the time shown by the gnome panel.

This bug might affect other applets as well, I think sometimes the
network applet stays freezed in a specific state, but I am not 100% sure
of this.
