..and yes tested that in case of some strange reason it should work, and

Yes it is a duplicate from 631428.
Don't understand why sudo apt-get remove telepathy-butterfly should
change anything?
Have tried sudo apt-get remove telepathy-butterfly and then sudo apt-get
install telepa
It's the same bug of 631428
to fix it just do this: sudo apt-get remove telepathy-butterfly
