Same problem here on fresh install of Feisty. Installed on a PIII Dell

This error occurs to me since I exchanged my graphics card. Formerly I
used an old ATI R128P. I changed the motherboard while I was using Edgy
to an old onBoard Intel graphics adapter. The driver is the i810. Si

I'm having the exact same issues as well. Have looked far and wide for a
solution but have had no luck.
The Human theme worked fine for me on Dapper, but after a fresh install
of Edgy, the progress bars just don't show. (My problems match that of

This is definitely an issue during install with that progressmeter. See
also LP 67443 which looks to be a duplicate report.

Okay, I have a few more symptoms here...
If I change to another theme (eg: Clearlooks) the progress bar displays fine.
However, when using the Human theme (and only the human theme) the above bug
occurs.
