I have a Sony Optiarc DVD-writer..with other computer with Ubuntu it works
fine..
I've updated to Ubuntu 11.10 and I still have the problem..I can't burn the
Ubuntu 11.10 iso, I had to burn it with the other laptop.. ;)

the same for me..write error..i didn't resolve to burn a cd and this is really
frustrating..I tried Brasero (error), k3b (error) and gnome-baker (it seemed to
work but it burned a corrupted cd)..
Maverick updated today..latest kernel and latest updates..please help..thanks..
