This bug is a wishlist one to add an option which when enabled would
avoid the need to right click and select Copy in order to get your
selection onto the CLIPBOARD clipboard as it would automatically be
copied there upon selection.

No option to automatically copy selection
I don't understand this bug.
Selecting something copies it to the PRIMARY clipboard, and selecting
something, right clicking it and clicking on Copy copies it to the
CLIPBOARD clipboard.
Is this not working for you?
