Binary package hint: empathy

I have my Gmail, my facebook and two Msn accounts.
However, I cannot see neither groups nor contacts of my main MSN account. 
People can see me online and they can talk to me if they want. I also can see 
their offline notifications, but in the contact window I don't see them.
I checked my accounts menu and I appear online in all of them.
The first three days I was using emphaty it was doing OK
