Binary package hint: gcalctool

I have the Belgian AZERTY keyboard. The decimal separator is a komma,
and it works well in OOo Calculator. In gcalctool, however, the decimal
separator of the numeric pad is nog recognized as a komma. I can solve
this by typing a komma from the letter part of the keyboard.
