Confirming since there are comments to that effect. I can also see it's
not selected by default, although it's hard to say when the default
should be changed when an USB audio device is connected, and when it
shouldn't... For instance, I agree for the USB headset cases, but I'm
not certain I'd want
I have a similar situation with my Motorola H270 bluetooth headset. The
desired effect is that, when I turned it on and pulseaudio automatically
recognizes it as an input/output option, it switches to it so that I
don't have to go into sound settings and manually change it.

I can't figure out how to link this to both pulseaudio and gnome-media,
so that someone else can decide which it actually is.
