I also have this problem. Is there any script i can set to run
automatically at start to circumvent this bug? It's annoying to log out
and in everytime after booting my netbook.

instead of logging out and back you can also go to
System>Preferences>Appearance and the theme will reset back to normal
automatically. to return the nautilus theme open the terminal and type:
'ps x -e | grep nautilus'
and then 'kill -9' plus the process number.
getting tired of having to do this
ok i restarted and here's the report while the theme is still set to
grey clearlooks (before logout)
/etc/gdm/Xsession: Beginning session setup...
Setting IM through im-switch for locale=en_US.
Start IM through /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/all_ALL linked to
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/default.
GNOME_KEYRI
this report is after i logged out and back. i'll post another next time
before fixing the theme

This also happens to me, since the last set of automatic updates (some
of which I believe were gnome-related). I've attached my .xsession-
errors, which includes the following error:

"/home/matt/.compiz/session/10de87f9c1a
This has resemblance with the bug #649809.
