This bug still exists in Hardy. I cannot find the other bug report mentioned by Sebastien so would be nice to have a tag to that report. I agree with Kevin, why is this marked as incomplete? There is another such report listed earlier but it is also marked incomplete. I have not experienced any

Nope, still the same issue on Hardy. Why is this marked as incomplete? look at the attached screen shot. Title bar and location bar show /home/kevin/books. But I'm navigating /home/kevin. This is after going to the "Handbook..." folder and tapping backspace twice, quickly. This is on a 1.5Ghz Cent

I can confirm this bug on a fresh feisty installation on an Athlon 64 3200+ (but i386 installation) system that is otherwise fast enough. Although I have to press the key very quickly. It happens with real directories anywhere on a normal ext3 file system, both using icon and list view. In addition
