Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I have tried to add a WebDAV address book. The URL I specify is that of
a WebDAV directory that is either empty, or else contains one or more
vcard files - it makes no difference. In either case I get a message
"Loading Addressbook summary" in the status bar, but no progress. If I
try to add a new address to the new address book, I get "Error adding
contact - Other error". There are no funny characters in my URL or
username. When I check the logs of the WebDAV server, there is never
any attempt to access them. The same WebDAV server is accessible
through Nautilus. I do not have a proxy set.
