Minor usuability itch, usually people pick an action when they click on
a file instead of ignoring the dialog. Anyway upstream behaviour, should
be forwarded if they don't already have a bug about that

I can confirm this on current edgy. If you have two windows showing the
directory containing a shell script and you go to one window and double
click on the shell script, then you cannot close either window.
