I have attached the PDF in question here. This is how you can replicate this
issue.
1. Open the PDF
2. Try resizing the preview pane by dragging it to right.
3. Now try resizing it by dragging it to the left. (you should be able to)
Don't know if its the problem with this PDF, anyways ill let the
