Still buggy in 12.10 - the media-keys plugin does not pass toggle events
to the power plugin. The attached patch against the upstream git HEAD
also works in Ubuntu; I tested it with g-s-d 3.4.2-0ubuntu8

Still broken in 11.10, though broken in a different way. In 11.10 the
backlight toggle behaves the same as the adjacent 'backlight brightness
down' button. It should toggle the backlight on/off, not decrease the
backlight brightness incrementally.
