Fixed
It was the automatic orientation that was messed up. Trying to manipulate
images sing exif data and if there was no exif data, it would crash.

eog always crashes under Feisty, even outside Nautilus.
When trying to open an image file directly by starting eog and then open an
image file, eog responds with the following:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ eog
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
... and then returns. No bug report.
