Hi,
You may want to raise a bug against that software (I'm not sure if it's
part of Ubuntu). I'm closing this bug as it doesn't seem to be an issue
with Nautilus.

I did some testing of things and found that this was being caused by the
desklets I had starting up. I stopped the daemon for that and now
nautilus works without issue.
