Confirmed, this doesn't do the trick. It also gives the gstreamer error
message about missing codecs when you try to rip a CD via Serpentine.

multiverse to play those files, that's not a distrubution bug,
gstreamer0.8 has been deprecated in favor of the new 0.10 and the
packages from the previous version are not useful
