Ah, yes. I have the Finnish and the Swedish Dvorak keymaps configured.
Even when I use the Finnish keymap the "ä" key misbehaves. If I remove
the Dvorak configuration, the problem disappears.

Thank you for your bug. Does that happen with other application using
Ctrl,- like epiphany for example? That looks like a keyboard
configuration problem rather than an evince one
