I had been working on a file generated by GRAMPS, which has never before given problems. The file itself was only 12KB but was very slow to move around, probably because it is a family tree with lots of vector lines. I then exported the file to PDF which succeeded. I then tried to close OpenOffice but got a warning that it was not responding, I selected the wait button, shortly after the crash reporter started - and here's the report.
