Public bug reported: I am experiencing a bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/808384) which makes it necessary to change the shortcuts for volume control. I opened the system settings and tried to change it under Keyboard → Sound and Media by clicking on it and press the new combination Ctrl + F3 without any effect.
I already ask for help at Ask Ubuntu (http://askubuntu.com/questions/67819/change-hotkeys-shortcut-keys-for- volume-control), but nobody could help me there. Since it is a vital function for me, I will downgrade to Natty.
