At the moment I don't use Windows, but at the time of filing this bug
all worked with Acrobat Reader for Windows.

Thanks for the report, the document doesn't work at all, i've tried
xpdf, evince and acroread in all of those it says the document is
broken, with which program are you seeing this on Linux?
