Thanks Sebastien, you're right. I'm sorry, I should've chosen the same
set-up in ui. When selecting an image from image folder we do have scale
options. Marking as invalid.

Thank you for your bug report. Do you remember when that changed? We use
the same versions basically in Oneiric and Precise, those options are
available usually when you select an image from the pictures folder
combo, not from the wallpaper list, is that the difference between your
screenshot?
