This is what I was doing to test:
1- On workspace 1, open firefox, and three terminals. Try and stagger windows
2- Do the same on workspace 2
3- for 10 minutes, switch between workspaces, and switch between windows

So, there is another limit, set by CHANLEN in xchat.h being set to 300.
That limit is in xchat also, so doesn't impact people like me who have
switched from xchat to xchat-gnome.

Apparently, the root issue is rhythmbox does not implement the root
mpris spec correctly. The Desktopentry prop on the root interface should
contain the name of the desktopfile minus the .desktop suffix. Rhythmbox
exposes the full path to the file.

I have successfully verified the update in -proposed. With lucid VM and
all updates, changing the UID of a user to 999 didn't update
/etc/passwd. After installing the update in -proposed, I could
successfully change it to 999, at which point the user wasn't available
in the GUI anymore.

I was able to successfully verify the package in -proposed.
I started with a Lucid VM with the latest released updates. When
following the steps in the original report, I got the error message.
After updating to the package in -proposed and rebooting, I could now
edit and save the user successfull

Impact: Brasero cannot copy an audio CD in Lucid and Maverick because of
an incorrectly detected cdrdao binary.
Brasero will try and determine if the cdrdao binary is the required
version by executing it and parsing the banner. Because of libao in
Lucid and Maverick, the cdrdao binar
