To test: Create a new user account. And when you logout of the new

Interestingly , with gnome 3 , the Win key does now infact open the
applications menu, by default.
Now is it still forbidden in gnome 2... ;)
We might not expect a change upstream with gnome 3 in the horizon.
But , since Lucid is LTS , [considering that gnome 3 will be using the win key
too]
Matthew East suggested, we switch the main TOC to the right instead. As
the topics on right was the standard in gnome else.
