Specific icons for coding files used to exist like 20 or 15 years ago, but
they were ditched.
I assume one of the reasons for that was the cost of maintaining so many
icons, and the number of languages is infinite.

metacity, as there are nor mailing-list neither specific IRC chan .
About magnetic side, it seems it already exists in metacity (press
Shift and move your window
or that kind of question.
I advice to tweak a .xinitrc file to do the thing you want. (see
