Hi,
I'm sending this e-mail just to announce that I'm leaving the
gnome-mag maintenance. I will still make releases since a new
maintainer appear.
I really liked the time that I developed for it, the people that I
known, and all the things that I learned during this time. This was
very amazing!
PS.: Sorry for the second message, I send the first with the wrong e-mail.
Hi,
We get some trouble with the composite extension being ignored due a
wrong value read from the DISPLAY variable. This wrong value was
introduced direct or indirect by bug #427992:

Hi,
I just compile GNOME 2.18.0 and get in troubles with
system-tools-backends.
After trying to catch the error I realized that the
SystemToolsBackends.pl script is used by it. When I run this file, like:
perl SystemToolsBackends.pl I get the following:

Hi,
In http://www.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz/~greg/python/Pyrex/ is only possible to
find Pyrex-0.9.5.1a.
This will be updated in the ExternalDependencies pages of 2.17 and 2.19 or
there is somewhere where I can download Pyrex-0.9.4.1?
Best regards,
Carlos.
Hi Richard,
I CC'ed the libcolorblind developer, Daniel, since he can say better
than me about the libcolorblind stability.
But I can say for now that this is not a complex library. What it does
is quite simple and we already have cool effects using it in gnome-mag,
here are some screenshots:

Again, this filter is not meant to help usage of gnome applications
itself, because gnome is already colorblind-friendly. We're talking here
mainly about web content. To show that, I've taken some usefull
screenshots using vertical split in gnome-mag [1].
Thanks for the screenshots

Hi,
I branched gnome-mag to gnome_2_18:
svn checkout svn+ssh://svn.gnome.org/svn/gnome-mag/branches/gnome_2_18
The development will now continue in trunk.
The plans for 2.19 are:
* Have a test suite.
* Make DAMAGE and XFIXES extensions a required dependencie;
* Isolate the X11 dependent
Hi,
After a reminder from Kjartan I just moved the branch for this new
address:
http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/gnome-mag/branches/gnome-2-18/
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Best regards,
Carlos.

at the pkg-config code, since if you type in
your terminal:
pkg-config --modversion gtk+-2.0
you will get the gtk+ version.
