In "System Settings > Region & Language > Input Sources",
Cangjie (*ibus*-table-*cangjie*) and Quick (*ibus*-table-*quick*) are not
in the list of choose of input method

I've just bought a touch screen notebook and I can help testing the UX.
Besides, I already spot some usability issue with the tablet mode on my
