Thanks for filing the bug but you see, Document Viewer cannot read RTF files as
it is not supported by it.
To read RTF files you can use LibreOffice, which is present by default on
Ubuntu Oneiric but if you don't have it you can install it from the Software
Center.

I can select gnome session (or unity) wiht kdm beside KDE in multiuser
system. But I can not switch user from Unity. I get the same message.

Actually the window is not maximized at all, only the window decorations
are removed. Not sure whether this a Unity or Evolution issue.
