It is _not_ a solution but maybe it can help you. Export to EPS and
then, open it on Scribus, an open source desktop publishing. Go to menu
File > Export. There you can export to a new EPS or to PDF. In both
cases, the 1x1 pixel dots was gone. Please, confirm if this solution

protected with the password Test. I have reopened the newer file
Compare_Test#2, made a change to it, and tried to compare with the
original Compare_Test. Same thing as before happens - prompted for
password for Compare_Tes
