After that problem with tabs titles has gone.
But apparently after first start of Chromium after boot, there are no tabs
menu, just gtk menu with close, minimize, maximize.

This issue impacts me multiple times a week. Sometimes the mouse
continues to work but other times the mouse freezes also. I have not yet
tried to open a teminal as suggested by bduncan (comment #13) but I am
usually able to switch to the first terminal and kill compiz.
My freeze often occurs when
If suspend fixes it, then it would seem that it is a kernel issue. Would
you mind booting into the latest Mainline Build of the kernel, as that
will verify that it is the root cause. Instructions on how to boot into
