By the process of elimination, I've determined that the bug is in binary
package libxatracker2 (source package mesa). If I apt-mark hold that
binary package and dist-upgrade everything else, all is good. If I then
upgrade that package, I end up with broken OpenGL support.

using Netflix (firefox.exe about 230% HOW???) and compiz about 39. While
I use only firefox, for youtube, it goes around 50%. I don't know how to
