I have the same problem.
My keyboard combination to switch layouts is Super+space. If I do:
1) Press Super
2) Press Space
3) Release Super
4) Release Space
...the keyboard layout isn't changed, the steps (3) and (4) need to
happen in the opposite order for the layout to be changed.

For me, setting up the DUN-Connection worked flawlessly in Ubuntu 13.04.
I could still use the existing connection after upgrading to Ubuntu
13.10. Once I deleted the paired phone from bluetooth-settings, then
trying to re-add it, I get the timeout message after ticking the DUN-
checkbox.

When I display ifconfig the entry wlan0 does not print out. The .iso
live does not detect wireless at all.
Booting an older version of tahr displays the network:
