the Dash, display flashes continually and is not responsive to keyboard.

Ubuntu 14.04
rhythmbox 3.0.2
Rhythmbox is running and responds to the play button in its window, but
doesn't respond to rhythmbox-client requests. Just upgraded to 14.04.
This was working prior to the upgrade (32-bit 12.04LTS, 64-bit 13.04).

My network is running fully dual stack.
The problematic option in the IPv6 part of the router's settings is
"IP Address Assignment"

Ok. It looks like running from the gnome-shell doesn't help.
This is what I added to my Kubuntu install:
* gnome-shell
* ubuntu-gnome-desktop
Now I can login to Ubuntu (unity), Gnome (gnome-shell, I believe), Gnome
Classic, KDE Plasma and others. Pitivi crashes in all of them, whether
from the
Installed trusty final and upgraded to the latest packages provided by
apt, and I can confirm that the bug isn't fixed.

I had the same problem after upgrading from Ubuntu 13.10. Since I had
pinyin previously enabled, restarting alone did not solve the problem.
The input behavior is corrected only when I removed pinyin input from
Text Entry Settings, restart the computer, and then add pinyin input
again.

I have two users in my system.
One user gets the network indicator, the other one doesn't.
If I run:
$ sudo nm-applet
the indicator starts correctly.

In any other word processor out there, it's much easier to change text
or background colors. They don't have to be predefined first. Please add
a "More Colors..." entry to the "Font Color" and "Background Color"
buttons in LibreOffice.

module-bluetooth-discover does not load on login
Status in “pulseaudio”
Then the menu should reflect this new shortcut. Currently it is still
indicating Ctrl+Space.
If this is not a bug, at least this is misinformation and the menu
should be fixed.
For now I'll reopen the bug. Should I file a new one instead?
