All the other searches (contacts sidebar, search in addressbook window
and Edit->Search addresses should still sort alphabetically (by the

IMO, the session manager which launches xscreensaver should also tell
xscreensaver (or other screensavers) how to do user switching. It does
not make sense that xscreensaver should try to keep up with various
combinations of desktop environments and display managers and guess the
right commands.

Similarly for Lenovo T420 nvidia NVS 4200M except I can switch to
text mode with cntr+alt+Fx, switch back to intell and restart lightdm. I
can also confirm that switching between nvidia and intell had worked
previously for ubuntu 14.04 however I cannot tell exactly when it
stopped.

are the one with a problem, and the error messages in the bug
description indicate that you have a locale set which is not available
on your system, so I ask you again to please let us know the output of
the locale command.

Yes, I have version 4. Is it possible that when I installed version 6 it
created that file and that it's still there? I'm using versions 4 and 5
on this partition since the week in which I reported this bug. When I
sent the log I was with version 4 (and still I am).

@Lukas: These issues are about to be fixed now. The solution, which is
about to be uploaded to both trusty and utopic, does not include a split
of the fonts-droid package. Consequently you should uninstall the fonts-
droid-cjk and fonts-droid-general packages from my PPA, to not confuse
your system
