I Updated the bios to the latest available from lenovo. The problem re-

After remmina doesn't map drives in vivid I am using xfreerdp directly.
However, when I start xfreerdp in fullscreen mode it acts strangely.
Windows which are open behind the fullscreen rdp session get mouse
clicks instead of xfreerdp. So it happens that I click in rdp

Sometimes the window switcher will pop up and then become unresponsive
for a few seconds. I believe this happens with a three finger tap and
hold (because it happens when I am using two finger scrolling and a
third finger
[UPDATE] I applied the advice which appeared int he earlier referenced
article involving blacklisting the I2C mode of the clickpad, and it
worked. My current kernel version reports.

the CLI offers to Launch a browser now or to Cancel. There's nothing
left to Cancel because the report is already uploaded. The option
should be called Quit.
