32-bit version. The 102M download only offers the 64-bit version which
then fails the install.

Oh yeah that did fix it. The only problem remaining now is that when the
folder is used as the Desktop, the files won't go to the trash bin. But
that's no big deal as such.

With latest update, something changed, and now ModemManager is dying

To clarify my remark #5:
I love to see the tidy package updated with HTML5 support.
I installed a deb package from https://github.com/htacg/tidy-html5. It
was immediately overwritten as a security update, by the old package
from 2009. Therefore I called it `conflicting`
IMHO a debian repository
I asked the reporter in bug #1472341 to provide an update on the failed
package installation. Is there any reason this fix has not been released
to Trusty yet?

Xorg crashed with SIGABRT in OsAbort()

We are in 2015 and this bug seams to be still present in the 15.10
ubuntu version. I want to do a backup of my NAS on a internal hard
drive, so just mount this hard drive during the backup and then unmount
it. The issue is that it is auto mounted at boot even with the noauto
option in the fstab.
I have i5 4210U CPU so, when i select I5-4xxxU CPU family i am not offered
with 503 bios, only with 310.
503 bios seems to be available only for i5-5xxxU familiy of CPU's. That is
where misunderstanding came from.
