The pulseaudio daemon tries to re-exec itself and fails because its path
isn't where it expects.
If we set LD_BIND_NOW=1 for the daemon in the pulseaudio upstart job
that ubuntu-touch-session installs, it should avoid that problem.

FYI: I use an Ubuntu Mainline Kernel 4.8.10-040810-generic for testing
another issue and still have this issue.
