Just had this happen after an ordinary desktop upgrade from 16.04 to
16.10, had to do the touch thing, because 10-globally-managed-
devices.conf was missing.
For the default user-friendly desktop linux distro option, Ubuntu seems
pretty bad at this just working out of the box thing. I've had less
nvidia-367 was removed as part of the CVE-2016-8826 & CVE-2017-0318 fix
in #1659586
nvidia-367 was considered no longer supported by NVIDIA, so nvidia-375
was uploaded and nvidia-367 replaced with a transitional package to
upgrade.
The error message suggests that there is a 367 series of legacy
[Expired for libav (Ubuntu) because there has been no activity for 60
days.]

I don't remember and don't see anything in debian's bug tracking system.
That said... I can no longer crash emacs25 in zesty with the above sample code.
The code still doesn't work...but the bug in question here (crashing the

While much better the 4.11 kernel is reported fail occasionally in this
regard. This is in contrast to current kernel in 17.04 (4.10.x) where
this happens all the time either right away or after the first reboot or
so..
