Actually it is not only "window preview" problem.
It is related to mozjs garbage collector (I think).

the issue seems to be fixed in current version, it segfault in 16.04 but
not using the 17.10 librsvg. The fix could be a candidate maybe for a
stable update to xenial, in which case the bug can be nominated for the
corresponding serie
