I am also seeing this on a similar system - Lenovo Thinkpad X260 - and
for me this occurs when I boot with the laptop docked with two external
monitors connected. If I boot without it docked then it boots fine - but
when docked Xwayland seems to always crash on startup.

I was previously using Ubuntu 17.10, but just upgraded to 18.04 today.
After upgrading, I found that I could no longer click and drag using my
trackpad, so I've been unable to drag files anywhere or highlight text
without using an external mouse. This is on Dell XPS 13 L321X.

I tried to open Writer and clicking "annulla" nothing was happening and
same message was coming back, after about 10 time clicking "annulla" the
application appears and as well the same message as before, at this
point clicking again "annulla

Confirmed on Ubuntu 17.10. The Files 3.28 Flatpak has this bug fixed by
calling the Type of ISOs 'Other' and you can get more info on the Types
with the 'Type (Detailed)' column. Ubuntu 18.04 is shipping with Files
3.26, however, so this bug still applies to Ubuntu.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS MATE or 18.04 LTS MATE
2. Mount FUSE filesystem - for example with sshfs (`sudo apt-get install sshfs`)
mkdir ~/sshfs
sshfs user@host.local:/ ~/sshfs
3. Do some file operations with ~/sshfs
4. Try to unmount `sshfs` share
** No longer affects: caja (Ubuntu)

Your upload of ghostscript to Ubuntu broke a package in Ubuntu. I think
that there is a responsibility of the uploader to take care of things
broken by their upload.
