Only remaining blocker is the FTBFS situation in Xenial for s390x arch which

I see that the kbd changes didn't really get reviewed upstream yet,
right? Anyway, the change is a bit intrusive, but it does make sense
(especially with the additional patch of not erroring out), so I will
accept it for now at least into -proposed.

underestimated.

Thanks. Your 'freshstatus.txt' seems to show gnome-shell's real memory
usage is below 500MB. That's not high enough to affect performance
though. So if you experience interactive performance problems then they
are NOT due to the memory usage. Please log such CPU bugs separately.
