Attached is a debdiff for the Xenial version of the backport. In
addition to the snap policy module patches, this includes a backport of
the libjson-c dependency removal changes from Pulse Audio 10.0 (which
applied cleanly without modification). This is required because
libjson-c and libjson-glib

- open 'Mousepad' (or some other simple app.
- open an RDP session to a remote machine.

the DNS setting is visible in nmcli output, but it's not propagated to
systemd-resolved (no DNS entry for the VPN connection in systemd-resolved

I've found the problem. I have poor eyesight, and have my minimum font
size is set to 15 points. However, the font for monospace for the latin
character set was set to "Default (DejaVu Sans Mono)" 12 point. Upon
changing this to 15 point to match my minimum font size, the text wraps
at 72 character
That's for plaintext mail, I assume. Somehow that rings a bell. Maybe
some font-scaling at play. I recommend to install the add-on
ThunderHTMLedit and check in the HTML tab which is displayed even for a
plaintext e-mail.
