Hi,
I'm trying to connect a turn page pedal which acts partly as a two-

Though the modesetting driver should only exhibit screen tearing if
either:
* using multiple monitors; or
* using fractional scaling.
Both of those can be avoided by logging into "Ubuntu on Wayland".

I think.
screenpad 1.0 is connected to nvidia-gpu
and other user say screenpad 2.0(connected to intel-gpu) is works like display.
https://www.reddit.com/r/ASUS/comments/ccftp3/screenpad_20_working_great_on_linux_kubuntu_1904/
so may be screenpad 1.0 to works display need nvidia and asus support.
Please also try some newer or older kernels, to see if any versions
don't exhibit the bug:

Although you might not be using Bluetooth at all :)
Another issue I can see here is that your audio devices are being used
by jackdbus. That daemon might be used by Ubuntu Studio, but it's not
part of normal Ubuntu and we don't see this kind of issue in normal
Ubuntu. So I am adding a jackd task.
Sounds like you're not getting enough buffering. Please try a normal
kernel that's not 'lowlatency'. Normal kernels might be able to tolerate
low bandwidth situations better with higher buffering.
The root cause however sounds like you're trying to use a 2.4GHz wifi
