I a not a very knowledgable user at the detail level. I had this
problem, however, and proposed seems to have cleaned up my logs a lot. I
have a new Dell XPS 15 7590 running 19.10. Several packages were
upgraded just now when I did this that were not related to this defect.
Everything seems ok now.
Is there any chance that the 78.0.3904.108-0ubuntu0.19.04.1 apt packages
can be restored till this issue is resolved? That would at least allow
me to downgrade to a usable version...
